Shipping & Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

I accept refunds as long as I am contacted within 14 days of delivery and the item is returned within 30 days.

Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. If an item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

​

Due to the nature of these items, I can not accept returns for the following:

​

- Custom or personalised orders

- Perishable products (for example, food or flowers)

- Digital Downloads

- Intimate Items (for health/hygiene reasons)

​

While Earrings fall under the last category, I send these out in sealed bags with tamper-evident stickers. If there is any damage to these upon them being returned I cannot accept a refund for health/hygiene reasons.
