Check the dispatch dates, many of my products are made to order and I do specify these on the products themselves. If it's been a couple of days and you haven't had a dispatch email yet then it's most likely you've ordered something made to order.

Please keep in mind, I do work full time as well as running this shop, hence I can't give Amazon delivery speeds!
