Can I return Earrings?

Only if they are returned as I sent them. That means they are still kept in the sealed bag with no evidence of tampering with the bag or the sticker to seal them. Any signs that these have been opened and/or tampered with means I am unable to offer a refund for health/Hygeine reasons.
Will you deliver to my country?

Yes! While, at the moment, I can only offer free delivery locally in the UK, I do ship worldwide.
Can I have this product but modified slightly?

Possibly, it depends entirely on the product you're looking at. It's always worth getting in touch with me to find out, it's best to message me directly on my Etsy shop page at rachelanitra.etsy.com
Why isn't my order here yet?

Check the dispatch dates, many of my products are made to order and I do specify these on the products themselves. If it's been a couple of days and you haven't had a dispatch email yet then it's most likely you've ordered something made to order. Please keep in mind, I do work full time as well as running this shop, hence I can't give Amazon delivery speeds!
